Payments

The registration fees include the New Zealand 15% GST. Please note that all payments must be made in advance and in New Zealand Dollars.

Please note that your registration is not secure until payment has been received. If payment is not received your registration risks being cancelled. Early bird registrations must be paid on or before the early bird closing date; otherwise the late payment fee will be applied.

Invoices

If you require an invoice before paying your registration fees, you will need to register online and select the invoice option.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing by emailing janet@absolutelyorganised.co.nz

  • A refund of all fees paid less a cancellation fee of $75 will be made for cancellations received prior to the early bird closing date of 31 August 2013.
  • A refund of registration fees (and 100% on functions, field trips and short courses) less a cancellation fee of $100 will be made on cancellations received from 1 September to 30 October.
  • No refund will be paid on any registration fees (including functions, field trips and short courses) for cancellations received from 1 November 2013, including no shows at the Symposium.
  • Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.
