Groundwater Database
Access the Groundwater and Geothermal Database.
This database securely stores a collection of hydrological, geochemical (sampling and chemistry), geological and geophysical data collected from over 1500 sites within New Zealand for groundwater research purposes. This includes the nationally significant National Groundwater Monitoring Programme database, information from Regional Councils, and past and present research and consultancy project data.
Data can be accessed (with appropriate security access for confidential data) via our database web portal. Tools for automatic statistical interpretation of water quality data are also available.
